Stencil Concrete
Concrete that has a pattern stencilled into it. It can be of a wide range of colours and patterns that give the look of brick, stone, tiles and slate, these can also have custom designs applied to it.
Stamped Concrete
Concrete that has a pattern stamped into it. It can be of a wide range of colours and patterns that give the look of brick, stone, tiles and slate, these can also have custom designs applied to it.
Driveways/Footpaths
Constructed to specifications and council approvals where necessary. Can be plain, stencilled, stamped or aggregated concrete. With or without colour.
Retaining Walls
A structure designed and constructed to resist pressure of soil. Can be made with concrete or blocks, steel reinforcements are usually added where necessary.
Shot Crete or Spray
Used for retaining walls and swimming pools.
Concrete Spray
is used over existing concrete and can have pattern as in stencil concrete.
Steel fixing
is a process of tying steel reinforcements before concrete is poured. Steel mesh can also be used. There are a number of different steel strengths used depending on the structure & plan specifications.
Block Fill
provides maximum strength and can be pumped to fill any core and is tightly packed around steel reinforcement rods.
Block Walls
can be used for all walls inside a building, load bearing or non load bearing. It is mainly used for retaining walls.
Formwork
The construction of timber or plywood frame/mould, used to construct the style or shape of a structure before steel is added and concrete is poured. It is mainly used for concrete slabs, second floors or more, stairs and balconies. There is also permanent formwork which is known as Bondeck, this type of formwork is not removed after concrete is poured. Dincel is also another type of formwork which is used for walls and basements where there are water problems; because this system is waterproof it can be used instead of blockwork and takes half the time to construct. It is available in different sizes.
